Day 1&2: Saigon - My Tho - Ben Tre - Can Tho (L)

The itinerary is an extension of the two day Mekong trip. After visiting the Phong Dien floating market, transfer to Chau Doc, stopping on the way to visit the amazing Stork Sanctuary. Continue to Chau Doc via Long Xuyen. Check into your hotel on arrival. Visit Sam moutain which affords a breathtaking view from its summit of the Vietnamese Cambodian border checkered by flat rice fields and picturesque canals. Visit an enchanting pagoda set in a cave. Overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 3: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (B)

Take a fascinating boat trip to see the floating fish breeding farms, one of the highlights of Chau Doc. Then visit a Cham minority village whose inhabitants still earn their livelihood from traditional weaving. The last stop in Chau Doc is to a local Islamic mosque.
