FEEDBACK

Hi Phung, We arrived back safely from our holiday and enjoyed every day of it. The tour guides where all very good, most spoke very good English and on time picking us up from the airports and pick up from hotels except for our first tour guide in Hanoi, he was 15 minutes late arriving at airport to pick us up and a 1 1/2 hours late picking us up from Halong Bay after our overnight boat trip. That was the only problem we had for the whole trip. The restaurants and food for lunch and some night meals where fantastic, set menus (great food) all hotels where a great choice and in good locations, We had to pay a extra $30 US in Sa Pa for a late check out, we had to be out of our room by 12 o'clock and where not leaving Sapa for the train until 5PM. In Da Lat we where put in a room looking at the back of some buildings, so we paid a extra $5 US each night ($10 US ) for a room overlooking the lake and in Hoi An we had a room at the hotel on bottom floor, it was mouldy and damp, so we asked for a room up top which they had available. The hotel in Hanoi was a standout, 18 months old 38 rooms great staff and the manageress (the owners daughter Viviane) made us so welcome Couldn't do any more for us. Would recommend your travel company to our friends, whom some are thinking of going soon. Have some great video footage of Cambodia and Vietnam to show them. That ‘s all for now.

Kind regards / Ray and Dianne

Hi Phung Dinh

Thank you, we had a wonderful trip. There was no circus in Battambang which was disappointing – but I imagine you have heard about that. All the hotels were very different and all very good. Tour guides became our friends and it was hard to say good bye to them. We didn’t manage to see all the things you arranged for us, but we saw a lot more than we would have seen if we travelled on our own. Vietnam and Cambodia are wonderful countries – I am so glad we had the opportunity to see them.

Thanks for all your help.

Kind regards / Rosalie & Richard

Dear Phung,

I hope you are well.

David and I had a wonderful holiday thank you.

We saw so much, experienced many things and met some wonderful people.

Thank you for organising our itinerary so well for us. It makes travelling so much easier when things run so smoothly.

We are now getting back to normal at home and work.

Looking forward to our next holiday away, as yet un known.

Best regards / Janet

Phung,

Cambodia trip was great - again, exceeded our expectations.

Only part that wasn’t up to standard was the Angkor Star Hotel in Siem Reap. We had numerous problems – three attempts to get a deposit box that worked, had to change rooms to get a bath that functioned and had decent air con – maybe they are being a bit lax during the low season, and things may improve, so check with others for their opinion. Other hotels were good, and we enjoyed all parts of the trip.

Thanks for organising the trip.

Regards / Peter

Dear Phung,

Just a quick note to thank you very much for organising yet another excellent holiday for us !

All three destinations were absolutely fine.

Apologies for being a little negative about Mango Bay - thinking back it wasn't nearly as bad as Sean was making out. In fact the food was really excellent and accommodation comfortable.

The Hotel in Nha Trang was absolutely fantastic.

Also the hotel in Can Dao was very good indeed.

Thanks again and looking forward to the next holiday !

Best Regards / Jonathan Way - Engineering Manager

Good morning Phung,

Thank you very much for your email, my Aunt and I had a wonderful time in Cambodia. It is such an interesting place to see. I had organised a day trip in Phnom Penh to see the Sun Bears, which was wonderful and our day at the temples in Seam Reap was also a highlight.

The hotel were both fantastic although I have to say the location of the hotel in Seam Reap could not have been better.

Thank you for organising our trip. Next year we would like to visit Laos and back to Cambodia, so i will be in touch again. We would also like to maybe visit Sapa in September so I may be back sooner.

Thanks again / Jenny

Hello Phung

It was perfect. Thank you so much for your help and guidance on where to go in Vietnam. I’ll be sure to recommend your services to friends.

Dear Phung

Yes we are back after leaving HCMC on Wednesday at 6.55pm, having our one hour transfer at Hong Kong extended by two hours due to delays caused by storms earlier in the day .We arrived back in Melbourne at 2.20pm Thursday, just 100 minutes late. The disruption at Hong Kong caused our baggage to stay behind, but it arrived on our doorstep early yesterday morning.

With respect to the land content of our travels, we experienced a remarkable four weeks seeing and feeling some of the history, scenery, culture and people of Vietnam. Our package at the Vin Pearl Luxury resort was luxurious and a great resting place in easy access to Hoi An and the Hotel Equatorial was comfortable and a good resting place after the heat and humidity of activities around HCMC.

We were very pleased with all of the arrangements you made for us. All accommodation was very good with several being excellent. All guides were good, with two in particular outstanding.

Drivers were mostly very good, while the only deficiency in the cars being inoperative and/or missing seat belts.

Perhaps it might be useful to meet up sometime soon to give a direct view of our trip.

Overall we had an excellent holiday, with no health or other upsets and we thank you very much for the arrangements you made for us.

Best wishes / Graham & Rosalie
